The Gap Two Sides Mechanism Approach Book a call
ConnectPrismCore: Recruitment Introductions

Every open seat has two sides looking for it. ConnectPrismCore is where they meet, on purpose.

We don't recruit and we don't source. ConnectPrismCore sits between recruitment agencies with pipeline and companies with headcount, and controls the one moment that actually decides the outcome: the introduction.

Pre-launch: onboarding founding agencies
§01: The Gap

Nobody is short on people. Everyone is short on the right introduction, at the right time.

Recruitment agencies are sitting on candidates they can't place fast enough. Companies are sitting on roles they can't fill fast enough. Both sides are already looking. They just haven't found each other yet, or they've found each other at the wrong time, through the wrong channel, with no way to tell if it's real.

ConnectPrismCore exists in that gap and nowhere else. We don't touch fulfillment: no sourcing, no interviewing, no candidate work. We decide if, when, and how two sides meet, and we're paid for making that call correctly.

§02: Two Sides

Supply closes first. Always.

We build the agency side of the pipeline before a single employer ever hears from us. That order isn't a preference: it's what keeps an introduction worth making instead of a promise we can't back up.

Supply · 01

Recruitment & staffing agencies

Who qualifies Mid-sized agencies with an active placement pipeline and real capacity to take on more mandates.
What you get A standing channel to vetted, funded hiring need, matched to your pipeline before you're ever named.
How it works A standing seat in the rotation, not a one-time referral. We stay close enough to your desk that timing never slips.
Demand · 02

Companies with active headcount need

Who qualifies Mid-sized companies with an open, budgeted role and the ability to move at the speed of a real hire.
What you get One introduction to supply already primed for your exact need, not a list, not a funnel.
How it works One evaluated introduction, not a funnel of resumes or a list to work through yourself.

Neither side is named to the other until terms are agreed. In recruitment specifically, naming supply too early is how you get disintermediated, so we don't.

§03: Mechanism

We don't pitch. We watch for timing.

Most outbound fails because the message lands at the wrong moment, not because it's poorly written. ConnectPrismCore is built around timing, not persuasion.

01

Signal

We track agencies with real, current capacity and companies with funded, active need, not intent data, actual signal.

02

Route

Both sides are approached at once. Whoever responds first tells us who has leverage, and we use it to bring the other side in on fair terms.

03

Introduce

Once terms line up on both sides, we make one clean introduction and step back. ConnectPrismCore is never in the room for fulfillment.

§04: Approach

Most of the market is asking to be chosen. ConnectPrismCore isn't selling anything to anyone. It's routing interest between two sides that already need each other.

Agencies chasing new clients and companies fielding cold pitches are stuck in the same posture: asking. ConnectPrismCore doesn't ask. We see what each side actually needs and what the other can actually deliver, and we only step in when the timing is real.

  • Filtering over pitching. If the timing isn't right, we say so and move on.
  • Distribution, not a one-off. The value is the standing ability to make the right introduction, on demand.
  • One clean handoff. Once the introduction is made, fulfillment belongs to the two sides, not to us.
§05: Mandate

Currently onboarding a small number of founding agencies.

If the timing's right on your side, the next step is a conversation, not a pitch deck.
